Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IgniteAds at ads.igniteai.in. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use IgniteAds.
1. What IgniteAds does
IgniteAds helps you turn a marketing video into a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign. It uploads your creative, suggests ad copy, and builds the campaign, ad set, and ads on an ad account you administer. Every campaign is created PAUSED; nothing spends money until you explicitly activate it.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- IgniteAds may operate as an invite-only private beta; access can be granted or revoked at our discretion.
3. Connecting your Meta account
To launch ads you connect your Meta account and authorize IgniteAds to manage and read ads on accounts and Pages you administer. You represent that you have the right to do so. Your use of Meta's platform is also governed by Meta's own terms and policies, including the Advertising Standards. You are responsible for ensuring your ads comply.
4. Ad spend is yours
You control activation and spend
IgniteAds never starts delivery on its own. Campaigns stay paused until you activate them with explicit confirmation, and a daily-budget cap is enforced before any campaign is built. All advertising costs are billed by Meta directly to your ad account — IgniteAds does not collect or control your ad spend.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of your videos, copy, and campaign content. You grant IgniteAds the limited rights needed to upload, process, and publish that content as ads at your direction. You're responsible for having the rights to everything you launch and for its legality and accuracy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use IgniteAds to: violate any law or third-party right; run ads that breach Meta's policies; attempt to bypass the paused-first or budget-cap safeguards; or disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
7. AI-generated suggestions
Ad copy suggestions are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and may be inaccurate or imperfect. They are drafts — you review, edit, and approve all copy before it is published. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.
8. Availability & changes
IgniteAds is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, especially during beta. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgniteAds disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for ad spend, lost profits, or campaign outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the service in the prior three months.
10. Termination
You may stop using IgniteAds and disconnect your Meta account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination you can request deletion of your data (see Data Deletion).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
