IgniteAds turns AI-generated video ads into real Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you stay in control. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.

Who we are

IgniteAds is a product of IgniteAI ("we", "us"). It is available at ads.igniteai.in and built on the same infrastructure as IgniteAI. Questions: business@igniteai.in.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a unique user ID via Firebase Authentication. We use this to create your account and secure your data.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data

If you connect your Meta account, you grant IgniteAds permission to act on the ad accounts and Pages you already administer. With your authorization we access:

• Your businesses, ad accounts and Pages — so you can choose where an ad runs (business_management, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement).
• Ad management — to create campaigns, ad sets, ad creatives and ads, upload your video, and pause/activate (ads_management).
• Ad insights — delivery status, review status, and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks and spend (ads_read).

We store a Meta access token so we can perform these actions on your behalf. It is encrypted at rest, never displayed, and never shared. We only read or write ad objects on accounts you administer, and we never post organic content on your behalf.

Content and settings

The videos you choose to launch (and their generated scripts from IgniteAI), the ad copy you write or accept, and campaign settings such as budget, audience targeting and landing URL.

Usage data

Standard technical logs (timestamps, request metadata, errors) to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and provide the IgniteAds dashboard.
• To build, launch (always paused first), and manage the Meta ad campaigns you direct.
• To generate AI ad-copy suggestions (you review and approve everything before it ships).
• To show you delivery and performance metrics for your campaigns.
• To secure, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your Meta data for advertising to you.

Service providers we share data with

We share data only with the processors required to run IgniteAds:

• Google Cloud / Firebase — authentication, database (Firestore), hosting, and compute (Cloud Run, Cloud Storage).
• Meta Platforms — the Marketing API, to create and read the ads you direct.
• Google Gemini API — to generate ad-copy suggestions from your video script.
• MongoDB Atlas — to store campaign performance metrics.

Each processes data on our behalf to provide the service. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Data storage & security

• Data is stored in Google Firestore and MongoDB Atlas; all access is over HTTPS.
• Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest using authenticated symmetric encryption and are never returned to your browser.
• Every campaign is created PAUSED — no ad spend occurs until you explicitly activate it.
• Access to ad operations is restricted to your own account.

Data retention

We keep your account and campaign data while your account is active. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time, which deletes the stored access token. You can request full deletion of your data at any time (see below).

Your rights & choices

• Disconnect Meta — revoke IgniteAds at any time from your Meta account settings; we delete the stored token.
• Access, correction, deletion — request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data by emailing business@igniteai.in.

Children

IgniteAds is for business use by adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
